  1. It makes me realize how much incredible stuff is in private collector’s hands. It belongs in a museum! I’d love to go to a museum with a heavy focus on film props and ephemera like this stuff.

  2. Yeah that stuff is amazing, theres so much more too, I remember restoring the flying blue money before it went into that room, and a bunch of Terminator, True Lies stuff. Peter really understands the value of historical film artefacts, seeing how “practical and real” these things are do inspire and give encouragement when one questions ones own work. Cool pictures.

  3. This practically is a museum!

The last two pictures of the posters remind me of work!

Yes! But I can’t go and see it!!!

I was in Wellington earlier this year. I would have went if I could!

  4. Battlestar Gallactica Viper – awesome! – any more photo reference? I would love to see more photos of that!!!!

  5. I have heard he has an amazing collection, but Damn! That spans the entire existence of Cinema, and has some of the most awesome pieces I could imagine! If any one doubted it; this is proof that he is truly a movie fanatic. 🙂

  6. Fun fact, the bat-like creature in image 24 is a model created by Stan Winston’s studio that was created for an unreleased Godzilla movie in 1994, which eventually became the final 1998 film. They were called “Probe Bats” that were the product of an alien probe absorbing bat DNA and creating multiple large beasts made of the bat DNA, who would turn into The Gryphon, Godzilla’s would-be opponent for the film.
