Let’s Build: Wargaming Fallout Shelter, Part 4

We’re starting to the get the hang of these kits! Now it’s time to finish the ARK fallout shelter with its final module: the vault door. We’ve had so much fun putting this together, and would recommend it even for non-wargamers. Now to think about the painting and weathering possibilities…

  2. Wow, as much as I love “LEGO with Friends”. This was way more satisfying to watch. The problem solving plus the build process just made this a better series.

    The fact that the end product had a rough (in a very good way) look to it, and it leaves openings to series expansions by allowing for customizations later on, just leads to a great series of episodes.

  3. have you guy’s thought of using one of the endoscope cameras you can get from amazon for doing the low level walkthrough of this it might look cool

  4. I love the way the laser scorch looks like rust against the ship-plate grey. It could be challenging to do that as convincingly with an airbrush.
