LEGO with Friends: Lepin Saturn V, Part 2

Our lessons learned so far from building this Lepin version of the LEGO Saturn V set: the pieces are more rigid, don’t snap together as nicely, and the screenprinting is off! The price we pay for going with a knockoff! But we must continue, while Bobak, Simone, and Norm chat about the state of space travel and exciting offworld missions.

  1. Okay, so we knew it was going to be terrible, but the real question about this set was never answered. What the heck were the 40 extra pieces?!

  2. I shelled out for the Lepin version of the new UCS Falcon. It’s.. all right; the real Lego kits are still sold out. “Yeah… Lepin” ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  3. Looks like the extra 40 might be sitting on the desk~ they look a bit like the three stands used to put the model in a horizontal position for display.

  4. Wonderful video! How about finishing the bucket wheel excavator??? That would be a good 8 episodes of good conversation.

  5. Hey Tested any chance of more Lego with friends soon? I love watching these while I’m doing my CAD work.
