Sorry Norm, yours is not as “Vintage” as Frank’s. It’s from Turn-A Gundam. The kit you’re building was released in Aug 2007.
Xebungle was a short lived show from 1982 – 1983

Injection molds (centrifugal for example) are great for styrene kits which overall are more pleasing to work on than resin in almost every aspect. Doing garage kits (50-500) with it is a net loss though.
i hope i am still watching stuff like this when i am 80. maybe not the same context but the same spirit.
Its great watching you guys build these!
Sure hope that thing came with all the pieces….ive not always had the best luck with the Xabungle kits. I do remember checking though :)…
He knows, he said it was newer in the first video. It’s based on an earlier design though.
If you take a picture of the text with Google translate you get a more accurate translation then the on the fly translation.
Norm’s looks like something you’d get inside a kinder surprise egg
I agree with Frank on each person building their own kit. You can moderate the tempo without worrying someone is waiting for you to finish a part of the kit. Isn’t it suppose to be about enjoying the process and not finishing it as quickly as possible?
Love what you guys are doing!!!
