A.I.

  • If the definition of AI is the traditional literary one of being an entity that you can have a conversation with and not know the difference then I think it's gonna happen sooner then we think. However I think we're a ways off from physical androids that we can't distinguish from humans. 
     
    Somewhat of a tangent but what's everyones favorite book on AI? I recently read Heinlein's The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress and while it certainly isn't hard sci-fi it was certainly extremely enjoyable.

    Alright alright it's okay we just need to find John Connor, or Neo, or Master Chief, or you know what any generic science fiction hero would suffice at this point.
