I was wondering if the Samsung Gear VR - Virtual Reality Headset would be able to do all of the Google Cardboard videos also. I would assume so it would just be a matter to downloading the app. It would seem cheaper to by a Samsung than some high dollar Google cardboard type headset. Am I right about my assumption.
Thanks for your help.
heres the gude you can follow!
To allow Google Cardboard apps in your gear VR, follow these steps!
install Play Cardboard apps on tools VR from the Google Play store
faucet "permit tool management" within the app
faucet "prompt" within the device Administrator pop-up
tap the Google Cardboard icon to exchange to Cardboard Mode
once you've enabled Cardboard apps, you can release and Cardboard app and slide your cellphone into the tools VR. like every Google Cardboard viewer, you may get the fine consequences if the cardboard app is aware of what headset you are using. because the equipment VR failed to include a Cardboard QR code, you'll want to apply those provided here.
while this app receives the activity carried out, it is from an excellent solution. For starters, the tools VR would not offer a manner to faucet the display like a right Cardboard viewer, so this simplest works properly for passive reports like YouTube. There are also apps that don't follow the Google Cardboard lens distortion commands, and those apps do not typically line up properly within the tools VR. due to the fact there is no way to adjust the position of your Samsung smartphone inside the equipment VR, the ones apps turn out to be unusable. That having been said, being able to use the considerably extra relaxed tools VR for Cardboard apps is properly really worth putting in the app, so supply it a strive for yourself and allow us to recognise what you watched!
Thank you solving my doubts
