William Shatner Dials Into the International Space StationBy Norman Chan Following a brief Twitter conversation back in January, William Shatner and astronaut Chris Hadfield--both Canadians--held a 10-minute conversation streamed live on YouTube today. Shatner came prepared with some good questions for Hadfield, asking about the current use of Russian spacecraft for transport to the ISS and the fears astronauts overcome when embarking on still risky spacefaring missions. Regarding a possible trip to Mars: "The risks are infinitely worthwhile." I love how Hadfield so casually manipulates and flips his microphone around in zero gravity during the call.
