Slow Motion Firing of an AK-47 Underwater
Destin from the YouTube channel SmarterEveryDay tests the effect of firing an AK-47 assault rifle underwater in a fish tank. Using a marked bolt cover, Destin is able to measure the velocity of the rifle bolt using footage recorded by a Phantom Miro high-speed camera. His theory is that when firing underwater, the bolt should move slower than when firing in air. That's not what happens, though.
