I have the 8-cup Chemex my self. I almost always just make four cups with it using 30-35 g of relatively course ground coffee. This is how I make a pot of coffee.I need to mention that I always zero the Chemex and coffee out on a scale before adding water. Also pre-wet the filter.I take 600-620ish g of water up to 200F and wet the coffee in the Chemex ...

I just have my eyes glaze over when I see these anymore. When I 'cut the cable' the Time Warner guy then was trying to get me to up my broadband plan because I would not be able to watch video with the slow speed that I have.
