Guy in my course is using Kinect for his project and the thing seems incredibly easy to work with and very easy to set up. I was impressed.

Dumping the parts out of the bags seems like the worst possible way to start this. Also isn't Norms much easier to build than Will's? Norms doesn't seem to have any interior parts, by the looks of it.

Pretty good show. It only just occurred to me how much better the quality and set up for these shows are compared to what Giantbomb does for E3. Don't get me wrong I really like the GB E3 shows it's just this looks much better in terms of set up, like I can clearly see everybody and it's well light.

Rein and Pachter where the only ones in the room who actually knew what they were talking about. Rein was pretty fair in everything that was being discussed and without him I doubt there would have been an alternate view on the topics. Plus he was the only one who could speak from the developer side of things. This was very entertaining to listen to and an excellent discussion.

I think switching to YouTube is pretty good. The Flowplayer they used is kinda awful and the streaming option never ever worked right on my browser. The bar is meh, it doesn't really fit with the design but I don't really care. I do think it's funny/sad that this wasn't posted on any of the sites other than GB.

Tragic. I wasn't a huge fan of his products or the man himself but it's such a loss to the tech industry. He would have had 20 or so more years of vision in him and that's the part that make me sad.
