The lag is from the capture. If you look at the iPad itself it's smooth.Also, I think on that level Will couldn't beat he should've just mashed jump as soon as he got that double jump powerup.

Kinect Windows SDK Improved, Updated with Windows 8 Support.
I feel like with the extra processing power of a good PC it could make Kinect do some really cool stuff compared to games on the XBox, but I don't think I want to sit 10 feet from my monitor just to do all that.

Sometimes I like to use the XBox360's download while off mode and the PS3's download and auto shutdown so that would make that Smart powerstrip not as useful.
