Most of us here are more than willing to help you with your problems, but please help us help you by making it easy to follow what progress may have been made on your problem by leaving it in a single thread and not spreading it out across the forums. This is counterproductive, as it makes it hard to follow your problem and is irritating, which may result in decreased willingness to assist you.
It is extremely helpful to us if you give us an idea of your machine's specs/and or budget in the case of build or upgrade questions, with the specs being especially important in the case of troubleshooting.
This is a great community, and we would love for you to stick around after you get some help.
