IMO the menu button was by far the most confusing part of Android, every Android user I know including me has been confused by it one way or another.It was just a bad idea to begin with. Also, this is to make phone apps even more table friendly, tablets have more space on the action bar and they won't "overflow". Pushing these ideas forward is a good thing for Android

Although it's speculation, this is great idea! Unfortunately Google has stated many times that Nexus devices are simply a base build of hardware and software for Android. Also, they can't advertise the advantages of Nexus devices because they would be undercutting the OEMs.The GN is an awesome device, I have one myself, but I am starting to see the shortcomings of Google's strategy on the smartphone market and the Nexus ...

God damn it Alienware! Used to be a big fan but I feel they've lost touch with their intended market for a while. Their machines are too expensive compared to the hardware and they aren't appealing to hardcore's or casuals...
