Sick and tired of what the manufacturer of your phone has put on your phone as what should be a better than stock launcher, but don't want to root?

slidescreen all over the tested forums, I now bring you Launcher 7. The launcher that makes your phone's homescreen look like that of a windows phone 7 phone.
According to the developer it is still in it's alpha stage but I have found it to be perfectly useful and without to many bugs and crashes.
The first thing you will want to do once you install it is start customizing, you can change colors, backgrounds and even the title bar can be changed to look like the WP7 one though it will not show notifications like that just time, battery and reception.
Next to just colors you can also add pictures as tiles by simply choosing images from your sd card ( these will have to be a certain resolution and a .pgn file,

Some tiles will also show live info like a unread message or mail count and one that will show pictures from your contacts list.
But one the best features would have to be that you can add widgets to the homescreen creating a superb looking and very informative homescreen.
It is still a work in progress but it has great potential and does a great job at mixing android with the great design of WP7.
You can download the app in the market as a free version which will show you a little ad at the bottom of the screen when you are in your app drawer, or you can cash out €0,99 ($1,30) to remove that add.
