MSAA is definitely the most important thing to dial down. I run a Radeon 6970 with a core i7 860, running everything at ultra with just 2xMSAA is absolutely rock solid.

Quick Look at the Samsung Galaxy S II Smartphone

Personally I've found everything on this phone to be pretty incredible. Web browsing is ultra fast and smooth and touchwiz goes beyond being inoffensive and actually has one or two features I really like.
