This would be a great feature for regular smart-phones. When the main battery dies, all features get get off except calling abilities.

CES 2012: Sharp Aquos Freestyle TVs are Light Enough to Warrant Handles.
I am all over these. I don't know about portability but these are great for bonus rooms and other locations in the house where I don't need a perfect picture and hanging them will not be a chore. Perfect for kitchen, garage, workout room... Etc. smart move by sharp.

For the government to declare something as a right and provide it for everyone, it means it has to take something from someone in order to accomplish this.
