GREAT Video! Very creative! I thought I was watching a video inside the game Fallout 3.
MisterMouseon Aug. 12, 2010 at 1:52 p.m.
Immediately went and changed the power cable... so simple.
AHRon Aug. 12, 2010 at 1:56 p.m.

Good work guys.  I gotta control myself from nerd-raging at people for beating the hell out of their cables as shown earlier in the vid.

I'd say one should baby ALL cables this way, power or not.  Gonna strip one way or another if abused.
AnoidDroidon Aug. 12, 2010 at 2:25 p.m.
Now tell me what I'm supposed to do if i use the extension cable.
adoggzon Aug. 12, 2010 at 2:27 p.m.
great, but what about us plebs who don't have a macbook
will staff is online on Aug. 12, 2010 at 2:32 p.m.
@adoggz: The same rule applies, minus the fancy winding clips. Just don't put stress on the part of the cable that comes out of the brick.
Hamzon Aug. 12, 2010 at 2:44 p.m.
I don't know why I've never thought of the pigs tail or bunny ears method before when winding cables :|

I now feel like a complete numpty. Thanks Tested! :P

"News on the march!"
Good stuff. :)

Personally, I just jumble it up and toss it in my bag. Messy, but at least I'm not putting pressure in the sensitive widdle cable.

Yeah I agree.  Where were you guys for the last five years when I've had to replace three of these?!  (Granted the second one was dog attack and not my poor winding.)
