Right now I'm in the middle of loading 48 1TB drives into a SunFire X4540 for work. I can't say what we paid for this but according to the 'Oracle' side (pfft SUN 4 EVAH) the listed price is $50,000+ . I've gotta say it's sorta surreal.
In the past I've worked on some pricey Cisco routers which I'm sure were in the 6 figures range but this is the first piece of hardware that I've handled that has a tangible use to me (' 48 TBs of h.264 movies! ').

If a very expensive watch counts as tech then I once held a Rolex prototype while travelling through Switzerland. I have no idea how much it was worth, but Im thinking a lot.

I admin a network of building control systems. While I've never counted up the total cost of all the parts, it's well into the six figure range. I'm sure $300,000 wouldn't be a stretch.

Hrmmm... I have worked on countless PC's from friends and family not sure the cost.  I am not a network admin yet to be able to work with that kind of equipment yet.  Still doing help desk for experience and working on getting certifications, but one day I will!

I did do some configuring on the Death Star, which I imagine was pretty expensive (I was the one that came up with the hole that blows the whole station up. Cool, right?).

@Fripplebubby:

At least you weren't on the AT-ST team. I can't imagine the meeting their bosses called to discuss why their multi-million credit war machines were defeated by an army of teddy bears with coconuts.

Mm, at my school we had a monorail large-format camera that was ridiculously expensive.

If you mean in terms of computer hardware though, probably our old Mac Pro my father used to have.  Sadly, he just used the thing for e-mail, I wanted to kidnap it.
