I am looking to upgrade my monitor in my Office/Spare bedroom. I was thinking something around 26/27" range for size. It will mostly be used as a monitor, but for the occasional guest staying over I want to be able to use it as a TV for those times. Is it smarter to go the route of a TV w/ all hook ups, Monitor w/ TV hook ups or just a monitor w/ a USB DTV tuner on a PC?
Primarily I will be using it as a Monitor for the PC, but want to get the best picture quality as whole or more so for the monitor.
