The Testicles Stickers. Tentative giveaway game plan?

  • No joke, I was literally JUST going to ask the same question. I don't frequent the forums, but watch the videos and listen to This is Only a Test religiously. I would love to get my hands on a Testicles sticker! I understand it is a pretty unimportant little side project, but if the stickers are still floating about I would love Tested even more if they let fans get their hands on a piece of Tested logo history ^_^.

  • Will touched on this yesterday in his No jars allowed episode.

    ------------------------------

Send your self addressed stamped letters to:

    Tested/stickers
    790 Bramnan Street, Second floor
    San Fransisco, California 94103

    First come first served.

  • @Rallier: I went back and found the spot where Will spelled the street name in the No Jars video

    Here's the correct spelling.

I need to go get a stamp and a couple envelopes.

  • Anyone in the UK know of a decent way to go about doing this? I read something about paying for international reply coupons that are then redeemed at a US post office for stamps, but I'm not sure how up for taking the trip to redeem those coupons the guys would be.

The point of stamping it yourself is to save them hassle. And money, of course.

  • My Envelope is in the mail, cant remember the last time I sent something out that wasn't a bill. Oh right Christmas cards!

  • What kind of envelopes are you guys using? Is the standard #10 envelope big enough for the sticker?

  • How do us Aussie members go about getting some stickers?

  • What do the stickers look like?

  • @bcpk: see @Kaungo's avatar? Kinda like that.

Thinking about making some willface stickers to mail in. If I end up having to make a bunch, would anyone else want one?

Edit: for those not in the know, this image generator was a thing for a while. Part of me suspects that's why images don't work yet. :D

  • Oh cool, thanks!

If you ever have difficulty remember how to spell SF, think of the company "Cisco."

  • Just received my stickers! And boy did they have a trip to New York. Only got half an envelope back, when I saw that, I thought for sure that the stickers must of fallen out. BUT miraculously they didn't. Haven't gotten something in the mail in ages fun and it was "Damaged in handling in the postal service" ! Image: http://flic.kr/p/ddN15i

  • @Deathdealer108: That is quite impressive...

  • @Evelgest: oh shit, I can't believe I spelled that wrong

  • Got mine today too. Also had Screened stickers that Matt Rorie sent. Now I just need some Giantbomb and Comicvine.

  • I have no idea on how to pay for return postage when sending from abroad. And I work at a post office. I shall investigate.

  • I thought that Stamps.com might have been an option for us international folk, but it seems that you need to be in the US to even register an account...

  • I can't find anything on how peeps from abroad can get hold of american post stamps. Any chance we can sent money or use paypal to pay for the envelop and stamps? I got loads of special stickers for Norm to put on his macbook air!

  • @Outrager: Oh man, I wish I had remembered to mail something to Rorie for stickers. :(

  • @hydrotherion1979 you can buy them in the usps store online, and they seem to ship em for stamp collectors, but by the time we get them the stickers might be all gone =(

  • Just trying to figure out exactly how this works. Do I send an envelope to them that has another envelope inside that is stamped and addressed to myself? Also, what size envelopes have been working for you all?

  • The envelope you put inside the envelope must be addressed and stamped . Just as the envelop you send the envelop in must be addressed and stamped.

I folded the envelope meant for Norm to send me the stickers. Both were addressed and stamped.

*That was wordy. I am hoping that the envelops I used are large enough, but that is what I had.

  • Finally I have managed to source some US stamps! It's been surprisingly difficult, the Royal Mail dont seem interested in offering any kind of service to send a SAE across the pond.

  • I've been to two Canada Post retail outlets so far and asked for American stamps to send mail from San Francisco to Newfoundland. Twice now I've been told yes we have American stamps and then sold stamps that appear to be for sending from here to the states. My fault for not checking until I leave the store I guess. Anybody have any solution for this problem? How do you get American stamps in Canada? Or do Canada Post and the USPS have some deal worked out so that these $1.05 Canada Post stamps going to work in either direction?
