South Africa's first goal was pretty good but apart from that not a very exciting first match. lets hope this evening will produce something better.

Have to say 'GO Japan!' even though we kinda suck this year.

@Addfwyn: I'm predicting you'll get through to the next round, from then on who knows what could happen.

Going to start watching when the eight-finals start, that's when the real action and tension start.

Haven't missed a match yet. It's been OK so far, but outside of Argentina the big teams haven't even played yet. Really looking forward to Germany later today.

The Germans cut right through Australia's defense. Schwarzer is a very decent keeper, who I felt was somewhat let down by his team's inability to keep the Germans at bay.

Shocked, but pleasantly surprised that Japan beat Cameroon.  Their back did a really good job that game.

Has not been any real exciting games yet I feel, but that is just me.  I am pushing Germany to win this year.

For those of you who don't know, North Korea (ranked 105 in the world) are drawing 0-0 with Brazil (ranked the best in the world) at half time. Heres hoping a exciting second half.

@intoblivion:
uh oh Brazil comes out shooting with a goal!
Post by GTFShadow (2,026 posts) See mini bio
Well Brazil barely snuck that victory out.  With the end game goal by North Korea for nothing....
