  • Hey gang!

I'm putting this in here real fast because I know fellow Tested members are fans of the Apollo program and also in hopes that Adam may see it?

My 79 year old mother was the 2nd person hired on the Apollo 11 mission when JFK greenlit it and I have a handmade Saturn 5 model from circa 1967. I'm in the process of getting a full story synopsis from her but it's a little difficult. As I get pieces I'll post them here and edit the thread!

For now though, here is the album of photos from the rocket: http://imgur.com/gallery/PqD8X

I'm heading to SF on 2/28 - 3/2 for a trade show and would happily swing it by the cave for a show and tell! I just need to know early for packing purposes - it is MY PRECIOUSSSSSS.

The only other one I know still in existence is this one: http://www.naa.gov.au/about-us/media/images/changeover/model-rocket.aspx

Adam, Norm, Joey - anyone! Let me know if I should pack it up! ^_^

  • Awesome.Would like to hear and see more.

  • Same here!!!
