Last night, or yesterday, or earlier today depending on what time zone you are in, Dave Sinder, leader of the Top Men, posted on giant bomb giving the rough ideas of what a paid subscription service across all whiskey sites would include. Things like: 

• HD video (720)
• No ads
• redesigned mobile website, accessible on any smart phone browser

 
 He also revealed unified accounts would come for all and some other details you can get by reading the post yourself. 
 
So what do you think? I imagine a lot of us use at least 2 whiskey sites on a regular basis so unified accounts are good. As for the subscription, i would be really interested to see a) the price of the thing and b) what other features are available because I don't desperately need HD video and as for living in europe I seem to get far less ads than the US already.

I'm all for it just for the mobile site access.

I'm glad to hear about the unified accounts being free but I'm not all that interested in the subscription, although I'm pleased they're not splitting the userbase with the extra content.

Anyway I can pay the whiskey media guys I am excited about. As you guessed I am a regular user of giantbomb, and after all the entertainment and enjoyment I have gotten out of that site these past couple of years I am more than willing to toss money whiskeys way.
