General Discussion

So I just listened to Bombcast from PAX and I was thinking since Ana got her own appreciation thread Gary needed one too. I was reading Gary's stuff in PC gamer when I was a small child, before I was every really into PC Games or had a PC to run them, I just liked reading about video games and PC gamer was one of the few magazines I that was readily available that was good. Then there is his involvement in the creation of The Book of Eli, and being that Post-Apocalyptic is my favorite setting for a story, I absolutely loved that movie. Then there is his involvement with Futurama which I love, rumors of that Akira live action movie(if there is someone that can make Akira live action work, it's the creator of The Book of Eli) and now he is a regular on one of my favorite podcasts from one of my favorite websites on my favorite networks of sites. 
 
Props to you man, you are awesome, and I loved your stuff before I ever knew who you were. Now that I do, and I'm able to listen to you talk about your unabashed love of Mac products(and other stuff tech related of course) on the Tested podcast, I feel everybody who appreciates Gary should share in the Bromance.

Go Gary! Tested really needed someone with a British accent to spice up the collection of drawling Westerners. 

My problem with Gary was when he got really pissy about Gizmodo raining on apples iphone4 parade and general apple fanboyism. Other than that, he's great.

I recommend you buy it, it's a good film and it's not a bad price anymore (like £8 here in the UK, on DVD)

Pach is like that dude at the party that drinks the last beer in the fridge and when you call him out on it gets obnoxiously loud.

How could you not appreciate this man?
