I was going through the product design section on kickstarter. Then i suddenly saw a familiar brand, which was KONE. It seems to be legit, so i decided to post it here. This is the kickstarter for the new Kone Brewing system and the third generation of the KONE coffee filter.
25$ funding will get you the ABLE mug which is 8 ounces (add 15$ for international shipping)
45$ funding will get you the third generation KONE Coffee Filter (add 15$ for international shipping)
125$ funding will get you the KONE Brewing System and the KONE coffee Filter (add 40$ for international shipping)
150$ funding will get you the KONE Brewing System, the Kone Coffee Filter and 2 ABLE mugs (add 40$ for international shipping)
200$ funding will get you the limited kickstarter version of the KONE Brewing System ( red colour), regular third generation Kone Coffee Filter and 2 Red ABLE mugs (add 40$ for international shipping)
Pre-ordered the Kone filter for my Chemex, if I had the money and need for another Coffee brewer I would have bought their brewing system as well. I also agree with Rallier, Will should see if he can get both a filter and/or brewing system for review purposes before the project is funded so a review could be released shortly before or after the project is funded.

@Rallier: I met with Keith last weekend, and got to test out the prototypes a bit. There will be video up on the site next week.
@will: Will you ever do a quick look or review of the new kone? I have been trying different pouring methods and grind sized but I can't get it just right as I have clogged it a few times. I am interested on your take on the new kone. I know you have a video with Keith with the new Kone but any plans on an official Tested review?

I just got one last week, so I'm still working through it. I expect to have a QL up after we're back from NYC sometime. In the meantime, I grind fine and pour as slowly as possible down the middle of the filter.

Seeing that there are still 34 days left i'm going to assume that this one launched yesterday.
They asked for 5000 dollar, They already have 26k...
Looks like this is going to be one that will be ending with an insane percentage.
And they even link back to Tested!
Will, you should send these guys an email or call them up to ask them if it would be possible for them to send you a review unit.
You would even be able to use it for a good chunk of time and get the review done before the kickstarter ends.
