I picked this up last week at my local bookstore and recommend it highly. A collection of essays covering a wide range of topics from Neil Gaiman (Sandman, American Gods). The compilation of essays come from Neil's speeches, lectures, forewords for other writers, magazine submissions and so on.
It is all immensely enjoyable and a true insight into a book loving writer's mind. Although you could open it anywhere and start reading, the book divides itself into topic areas about books, people, sci-fi etc.
The opening piece on the importance of reading books is just inspiring. A must read for any book lover and especially any parent. Enjoy!
