Many of these restaurants hide their technological advances in the kitchen, but at SoHo’s hip Inamo it’s right up front. This pan-Asian fusion restaurant boasts one of the most unique ordering systems in the world. An overhead projector beams an interactive surface display down onto your tabletop, and you use touch controls to order food, access a webcam to watch it being prepared in the kitchen, and even book a taxi for the ride home. The food’s not bad either.
